International Shipping Policy: At natarajagroup.com, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed international courier services such as DHL and Bluedart. We'll deliver anywhere in the world and at reasonable best cost to you! which will be under corporate billing, lowest shipping cost, gauranted.

All of your orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Orders which received before 6 pm, will get dispatched on the same working day. For international shipments, we are using DHL service at least rate. International shipments are chargeable based on the Country and Product Weight.

Since shipping cost not collected during product order, customer can pay shipping charges later. If customer felt shipping charges are costly and would like to cancel the order, we can cancel the order and process full refund for the products ordered.

natarajagroup.com is only responsible for safe delivery, NOT for Duty charges if your country customs request from you. If Duty charges applicable for bulk purchase or over valued, it can be paid by Customers ONLY. All products will be inspected before shipment and tracking code with URL provided by shipping company.

Order Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy: We will be able to accept order exchange or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. A full refund would not possible in self Order cancellation, 2% will be charged. We do not accept Product RETURN and Refund during the sale of the Aadi Festival, Diwali, Pongal, and any other seasonal offer products. Retail shopping and Online shopping "Return and Refund" policy are entirely different.
